We provide many Services sponsored and funded by the state of Georgia and by private sources

Getting Started

We welcome referrals for admission consideration from both public and private agencies. We also welcome applicants and caregivers to contact us directly to learn about direct or referral admission options. And for those wanting a closer look, we offer site tours at each of our campuses for you to see our Programs in action.

Please complete the Admissions Interest Form or Contact Us for more information or to schedule your private tour.

Georgia Medicaid Waiver

A number of our Programs are sponsored by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) Medicaid Waiver Programs.

These Programs provide direct employment, vocational training and employment assistance to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Also provided are classroom and community-based instructions to help individuals learn and maintain life skills needed to integrate into the community; while achieving a level of independence for each person.

Individuals with existing Medicaid Waivers [pdf] under the New Options (NOW) and Comprehensive Supports (COMP) Waiver programs may make application for our Programs at any time. For more information about these services, see the publication "How Do I Apply for DD Services?" [pdf] provided by Georgia DBHDD.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services

The Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) lists its Mission as “Working to achieve employment and independence for Georgians with disabilities.”

Employment, client restaurant

We are pleased to assist GVRA in their Mission to support people in acquiring competitive employment utilizing a range of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services to best fit the needs of each person.

VR services include work evaluations, supported employment to assist people who need support, vocational training, job skills and job development. Once a job is obtained, we provide job coaching support to help people acclimate to the work environment, and help employers navigate additional requirements, if any. We also work in high schools with students to explore a variety of opportunities to gain information about careers while learning skills needed for future employment.

Although some people are supported by family funds or trusts, others are supported by donations from local community organizations, like the United Way.

Such funds may be available on a limited basis and our campuses have different local funding sources. If a person is not funded by one of the Georgia State agencies already mentioned, contact the Creative Enterprises campus nearest you to inquire whether other funding may be available from entities such United Way or other local sponsors. Links to all campuses are listed in the footer.

We are grateful for the private and corporate sponsors that help provide resources for our programs. If you are interested in sponsoring someone for admissions to our Programs, please Contact Us.
